Assam Chota Tingrai Estate TGFOP (organic)$8.00–$56.00
The Chota Tingrai Tea Estate is located in the Tinsukia district of Assam. Run by young and progressive thinking, fourth generation tea farmers, they are a great example of change agents in Assam toward sustainable and ethical farming.
The leaf style is a very classic Assam, and the very desirable TGFOP grade, a whole leaf that will deliver the bold flavours that are Assam’s calling card, while allowing the tea’s more subtle characteristics to come through. The liquor aroma is honeyed with notes of black currant and apricot, delivering a smooth and full mouthfeel right from the start. One may detect hints of fruit, wood and even fresh melon.
Earl Grey (organic)$10.00–$150.00
This earl grey begins with an all organic black tea base, infused with classic organic oil of bergamot. This particular earl grey has a pleasant strength to its bergamot and is the right blend for those that enjoy a hearty earl grey.
Earl Grey Lavender (hand blended, organic)$10.00–$160.00
This organic earl grey already came beautifully balanced with the right touch of citrusy bergamot oil, but we’ve added our wild lavender from Tibet, creating a softer experience on the palette and increased aromatic gentle goodness.
