Infamous for its impressive character and refreshing infusion, Dong Ding is one of the most famous Taiwanese Oolongs. Dong Ding Oolong is partially oxidized (30-50%) and then heavily baked for an extended period of time. As a result, it has a darker color than some oolongs in its class, with a ripe, fruity flavour and aroma that has a long linger and full-body.
This premium oolong tea is a Taiwanese classic and some say, one of the original teas produced in this region. The emerald green, twisted leaves are lightly oxidized, lending definite vegetal green tea character with the distinct floral aroma and flavour notes that oolong tea drinkers love and expect.
