This is a premium tea consisting only of the bud and top two leaves hand plucked and processed to produce an extremely unique tea, under the shaded canopy of the Hawaiian rainforest, by boutique tea farmer, Bob Jacobson.
It is a blend of 100% Hawaii Grown cultivars of yutaka midori, bohea, benikaori and yabukita tea varietals, grown at at about 1,000 feet above sea level on Hawaii's Big Island. The tea garden is nestled in a native virgin rainforest on the slopes of Mauna Loa in the Puna District far away from pollution.
