beTeas.com is based in London, Ontario, Canada, and will process and ship orders from Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. At the end of the calendar year, beTeas.com will close for a one-two week period to spend time with our family and process year round inventory.

beTeas offers two shipping services: Delivery to your door, or depot Pick-up (depot pick-up is available to London Ontario & area only).

Delivery to your door (Canada & US):

• Outside of Ontario, Canada, we use the least expensive shipping option available from Canada Post, which is regular delivery.  Canada Post rates vary depending upon the weight of the order and the destination.
• Inside of Ontario, a variety of shipping options may be available, depending upon location, which will be presented to you on the shipping options page.  These may include Canada Post delivery options as well as our local courier. Best rate will vary by location but you, the customer, get to choose.
• For delivery to your door, all orders received are typically processed and shipped the following business day.  Should you require expedited shipping for a particular order, please contact us via the “Contact Us” button on the top right of our site page, and we will be happy to do what we can to accommodate.

Local Depot Pick-up (London & area only, Ontario Canada):

• London and area customers can also choose local depot pick-up. Depot locations within the City of London are no charge, including “The Tea Lounge” by beTeas at 268 Piccadilly St London! Local area depot pick-ups outside of London (area communities such as Mt. Brydges) are available for a low transportation fee of $2.00. beTeas delivers to depots once per week.
• For local depot pick-up options, all orders received are processed and shipped to the designated depot for their weekly scheduled depot day which varies by location. beTeas delivers to depots in Mt. Brydges and Ilderton once per week.

beTeas.com currently only supports shipping destinations in Canada and the continental U.S.  For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
